Private coaching is independently taught by the above instructors and is not arranged or a service provided by Pittsburgh Musical Theater.
Release waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian in which to have their private coaching lessons at the PMT studio location.
POLICY FOR PRIVATE LESSONS: Private lessons will be viewed as a conflict of interest if they are scheduled in a way that removes a student from class or prohibits a student from attending an available class. All currently enrolled students who are looking to solicit private instruction must be submitted in writing and approved by the Conservatory Administration. We encourage lessons to complement our curriculum not to replace a class offered within the program. Private lessons must also be scheduled online through PMT. We will continue to supply studio space as a gesture of support for approved lessons for current students. Adults looking to schedule private instruction at Pittsburgh Musical Theater may submit their requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures at Pittsburgh Musical Theater for our students, resident artists, patrons and staff. You must follow all instructions regarding drop-off and pick-up procedures as well as posted instructions while at the PMT Studios for classes and performances. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending classes and performances you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Do your part for the safety and health of yourself and others!
