SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAMS

CREATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMS
AGES 4 - 7

Young artists explore musical theater through collaboration, imaginative play, movement, music, storytelling, and creative expression. Designed to build confidence, support social skills, and spark a lifelong love of the performing arts, these programs provide a fun and encouraging introduction to teamwork on the stage and beyond.

PRETEEN PROGRAMS
AGES 8 - 12

As young artists grow, so do their opportunities to explore, create, and collaborate. Preteen programs help students strengthen their skills in a supportive environment while building confidence, friendships, and a deeper connection to teamwork, as well as the performing arts.

TWEEN PROGRAMS
AGES 12 - 13

Tween programs give developing performers the opportunity to take the next step in their artistic journey. Through focused training, creative exploration, and performance opportunities, students continue building their skills, confidence, and individuality both on and off the stage.

TEEN PROGRAMS
AGES 13 - 18

Teen programs provide young artists with the opportunity to challenge themselves, strengthen their craft, and grow as leaders - both on stage and off. Students receive training and guidance from working professionals while collaborating with fellow artists and engaging in exciting performance opportunities.

TEEN PERFORMANCE INTENSIVE PROGRAM
AGES 13 - 18

Designed for dedicated young artists ready to take their training further, the Teen Performance Intensive provides an immersive musical theater experience focused on advanced training, collaboration, and performance. Students work closely with industry professionals while developing the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to grow as performers.

SUMMER PROGRAMS

SUMMER MUSICAL THEATER CAMP
AGES 4 - 18

Summer Musical Theater Camp is a day camp for young artists that offers training in acting, voice, dance, and technical theater. Students spend their summer creating, collaborating, building new skills, and experiencing the excitement of bringing their work to life.

ADULT & SENIOR ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAMS

It’s never too late to take the stage, try something new, or rediscover a passion for the performing arts. Whether you're returning to the studio, exploring a new creative outlet, or stepping into your very first class, PMT Conservatory offers a welcoming place to learn, move, create, and connect - no prior experience required.

We have enhanced health and safety measures at Pittsburgh Musical Theater - for our students, resident artists, patrons and staff. You must follow all instructions regarding drop-off and pick-up procedures as well as posted instructions while at the PMT Studios for classes and performances. An inherent risk of exposure to infectious diseases exists in any public place where people are present. By attending classes and performances you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to potentially dangerous infectious diseases. Do your part for the safety and health of yourself and others!
