• You may exchange tickets to another production within the series up to 24 hours prior to the performance that you are unable to attend.
• It is recommended that patrons exchange tickets as early as possible. All exchanges are subject to availability. If you have special seating requirements please advise at time of exchange.
• Call 412.539.0900 x232. We will hold tickets at the theater day of performance or provide you with exchanged tickets prior to performance if you have receipt of original tickets or actual tickets. Your original tickets will no longer be valid, OR visit the box office up to one hour prior to the production you are unable to attend.

• American Sign Language interpreted performances can be requested by calling 412.539.0900 ext. 232. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least four weeks in advance, and are subject to the availability of an interpreter.

The most critical issue to Pittsburgh Musical Theater is always the safety of our stakeholders; staff, volunteers, visitors, and guests. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Anything placed on our property outside the entry gate will be discarded or removed by authorities.

PMT reserves the right to deny drugs or medications that are unlabeled, unidentifiable, in large quantities or at discretion of security or management.
